1. A method for filling up columns for high-efficiency liquid chromatography through suspension of sorbent in a solvent or a mixture of solvents, homogenisation of the suspension by means of ultrasounds and filling of the columns with this suspension, characterized in that in a mixture of non-polar solvents with two or more components, preferably of hexane, isooctane and 4-bromoethane, in a ratio by weight of 4:4:2, the sorbent is suspended with a chemically bound phase with a functional amino-group until a suspension of 6-10 percent by weight is obtained, after which the suspension is first degassed under vacuum with simultaneous transmission of ultrasounds and is then homogenized by means of ultrasounds for about 5 minutes, after which, using a non-polar eluent, preferably hexane, the column is filled up with this suspension.
