A microprocessor control circuit for a transistorised reverse impulse power supply operating in a closed control system, consisting of counters programmed by a microprocessor, characterised in that the microprocessor (1) is connected, via address, data and control buses, to a load circuit (7) through an analogue-to-digital converter (8) and to a time module (2), which in turn through an opto-isolating amplifier (4) is connected to the control input of the transistorised impulse power supply (5) and to a system of two-state outputs (3), whose outputs are connected through the opto-isolating amplifier (4) to control inputs of a transistor switch (6) whose output is connected to the load circuit (7) and whose input is connected to the impulse amplifier (5).<IMAGE>
