The invention concerns a method of production of new bromides /E/-N-dodecylo -/or bromo-decylo-/2-/or 3-/hydroxy- γ -stilbazole of general formula 1, where R<1> stands for substituent in position orto- or meta of benzene ring, where the substituent is hydroxyl group, and R<2> stands for substituent by nitrogen atom of pyridine ring, where the substituent is n-dodecylo or 10-bromodecylo group, characterised in that substituted (E)-hydroxy-γ-stilbazole of general formula 2, where R<1> has the above detailed meaning, is subject to 1-bromododecan or 1.10-dibromodecan in mole ratio 1:5 - 1:10, however, substituted (E)-hydroxy-γ-stilbazole of general formula 2, where R<1> has the above detailed meaning, in reaction with 1-bromododecan is used as 1-5 percent solution in protic or aprotic organic solvent, and in reaction with 1.10-dibromodecan as 2-5 percent solution in aprotic organic solvent, also the reaction is performed in boiling temperature of the used solvent.<IMAGE>
