Simulator for air control point of radio telephone - has signal paths from stationary station to mobile station, and vice=versa

The control point is arranged between at least one fixed station (BS) and at least one mobile station (MS), with a signal path from the fixed to the mobile station. A second signal path extends from the mobile station to the fixed one. The two signal paths contain attenuation members (DG) with a fixed damping, as well as attenutation members (VD) with a variable one. In addition the two signal paths pref. have each a fading simulator (FS). A computer (PC) may control the two variable attenuation members and may record the obtained measuring values. Typically the computer and all the system components are interconnected by a busbar. USE/ADVANTAGE - For radio telephone system transmitting data, speech, or images, with facility for reproducible simultaion of control point.
