One or more strip or thread shaped strands (3) are wound in a continuous sequence to form a helix around a part (4) of the circumference of the inner conductor (1) and lead to the inner surface (5) of the casing (2). The points (6) or regions, displaced from each other on the inner surface, are connected and maintain the same or change the direction of the application of force. The strands (3) are connected self locking and/or positively locked with the casing and both have a homogeneous structure. The casing (2) and the inner conductor (1) consist of corrugated tubing. The extrusion process for the continuous prodn. of the tubular system uses an injection head, a nozzle and a nozzle carrier. ADVANTAGE - Gives worthwhile saving of copper. Strength is maintained eliminating disadvantages of known similar type and allows fully automatic single stage extrusion method with simultaneous prodn. of outer casing and distance holders.
