<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminate molded product of good appearance by laminating a decorative skin in which a laminated thermoplastic resin porous sheet is laminated on a core section composed of fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin layer, heat and pressure molding, and forming a space of specified ratio in the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin layer. CONSTITUTION:First, a sheet-shaped molding material 1 is heated in a far infrared ray heating oven 2 for molding a laminate molded product. Then a decorative skin 8 in which a thermoplastic resin porous sheet 7 is laminated is laminated on a heated sheet-shaped molding material 4. Then, the laminate is inserted into a molding tool 5 and pressure molded under the condition of obtaining the desired expansivity and also integrated simultaneously to complete a porous laminate molded product 9. At that time, the heated sheet-shaped molding material 4 is expanded by heating, and many exposures 3 are generated by the spring back of reinforced fiber on the surface. The sheet-shaped molding material is a thermoplastic resin layer containing 10vol.% of reinforced fiber or more, and a space of 5-75vol.% is formed on the layer.</p> |
