The invention relates to a valve block (1) that comprises a plurality of adjacent valve units (4) with respective valves (5) for controlling mechanisms of a glass forming machine (3) which operates with a flowable medium. All valve units (4) have a common base (14) in which inlet (17; 18) and outlet channels (19) for the medium are provided. Every channel can be linked with the associated valve (5) via a connecting channel (20; 22; 34) that is disposed in the base (14) and in a housing (8) of every valve unit (4). Actuation channels (29) are configured in the housing (8) of every valve unit (4) up to the associated valve (5) and in the base (14). Said actuation channels lead to a first face (31) of the base (14) facing away from the valve unit (4) and are linked with a connection channel (33) of the glass forming machine (3) that leads to the corresponding mechanism. A valve support (10) that is common to all valve units (4) is disposed between the base (14) and the housings (8) of the valve units. The connection channels (20; 22; 34) and the actuation channels (29) extend through the valve support (10) by way of openings (21; 35; 30). |
