PURPOSE:To provide a lower arm of a high rust preventive effect and its manufacturing method, as to a lower arm of a vehicle in which plural members are connected and welded to form a cavity inside, and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:Plural members 1a and 1b are connected and welded to form a cavity 4 inside, in which unfoaming rubbers 5a are loaded and heated, and the cavity 4 is filled with foaming rubbers 5 made by foaming and expanding the unfoaming rubbers 5a. The inside of the cavity 4 is composed to generate no exposure of metal. |
