PURPOSE:To prevent the print duty from being lowered by the processing time in an image data processor and to extend the life of the whole apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A sequence control part turns a bit 7 of a register reg0 in a command register area in a RAM to '1' when it receives a paper feed start command (print start instruction) from an image data processing part. Then, the sequence control part transfers each register (which stores tray data, etc.) in the command register area including the register to a command buffer area, and adds [4] to the value of a storing address pointer. Subsequently, if an argument of the paper feed start command is 80 hex meaning general printing, a print instruction stack counter is incremented (+1). Thereafter, when the count value becomes larger than the value of a register setting the stack number (number of pages), printing is started in accordance with an instruction block designated by the storing address pointer in the command buffer area. |
