<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the creasing of laminated sheets due to temperature difference between each of a first preheating chamber and a second preheating chamber by laminating sheets in the first preheating chamber and successively carrying out the laminated sheets to the outside of a laminator under the normal state of room temperature through the second preheating chamber at a temperature lower than the first preheating chamber. CONSTITUTION:In a laminate laminator 10, each carrying-in port 14-18 of a film F and both copper foils C1, C2 are formed to the upper section of a first preheating chamber 12 installed onto a base 11. Hot air is blown off into the first preheating chamber 12 form a hot air nozzle 32, and circulated through a hot-air exhaust port 34. Both copper foils C1, C2 are heated and pressed against both surfaces of the film F by two pairs of paired heating rollers 42 and laminated on a laminated sheet S in the first preheating chamber 12. On the other hand, the room temperature of a second preheating chamber 54 is maintained at a lower value by heat transmitted from the sidewall of the first preheating chamber 12 and hot air blown in from the exhaust port 20 of the laminated sheet S. The creasing of the laminated sheet S due to room temperature difference among the first and second both preheating chamber 12, 54 and a general space is prevented.</p> |
