PURPOSE:To prevent that a garbage treatment apparatus is operated when a buffle is detached to insert the hand in the garbage treatment apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A detachable buffle 7 is attached to the charging port 4 of a garbage treatment apparatus 1 having a grinder 16 and a plurality of switches 12 detecting the attached state of the buffle 7 are provided and a control part 26 stopping the operation of the grinder 16 when the buffle 7 is not detected by at least one switch 12 is provided. When the buffle 7 is detached, all of the switches 12 do not detect the buffle 7 and the control part 26 stops the operation of the grinder 16. When the buffle 7 is attached, all of the switches 12 detect the buffle 7 and, therefore, the control part 26 does not stop the operation of the grinder 16. When the attachment of the buffle 7 is inferior, either one of the switches 12 does not detect the buffle 7 and the control part 26 stops the operation of the grinder 16. |
