PURPOSE:To mold a door trim having a three-layered structure formed by successively laminating a surface material, a skin material and a base material by upper and lower press bonding molds so as to obtain good appearance and adhesiveness. CONSTITUTION:A cloth member 13 is laminated to the surface of a skin material 11 at a predetermined position and a base material 17 is arranged on a lower press bonding mold 15 and the groove part 18 of the base material 17 is filled with a sol like resin 20. Then, an upper press bonding mold 14 having a woody grain pattern part 16 downwardly protruding corresponding to the peripheral edge of the cloth member 13 is allowed to approach the lower press bonding mold 15 not only to perform press bonding molding but also to give a woody grain pattern to the cloth member by the use of the woody grain pattern part 16. |
