PURPOSE:To obtain an ointment useful for treating and preventing dermatosis, having excellent stability and absorption, comprising a specific compound, a dissolution and absorption promoter and an ointment base. CONSTITUTION:The objective ointment comprising preferably 0.01-10 (W/W) compound shown by formula I (R<1> to R<6> are H or bonded to C; R<2> is alkyl; R<7> is H, OH, etc.; R<8> and R<9> are H or OH; R<10> is H, alkyl, etc.; X is oxo, etc.; Y is oxo, etc.; R<13> to R<19> are H or alkyl; R<20> and R<21> are oxo, etc.; R<22>, R<23> are H or alkyl; (n) is 1-3) such as compound shown by formula II or salt thereof, preferably 1-30 (W/W) % dissolution and absorption promoter such as propylene carbonate to sufficiently dissolve the compound and an ointment base such as natural wax.
