<p>PURPOSE:To provide, for a sorter, a paper treatment apparatus that is capable of applying specified treatments to optional positions on a sheet of paper. CONSTITUTION:A paper treatment apparatus of a sorter that applies treatments to sheets of imprinted paper that are delivered, being sorted, one after another to a bin 16 after formed images are transferred thereto is constructed, being equipped with a paper treatment device 28 that applies specified treatments to the aforementioned imprinted paper delivered to the bin 16, a support frame 29 on which the paper treatment device 28 is mounted, a first moving means 31 that moves the support frame 29 in reciprocating motion in the breadthwise direction of the bin 16 and a second moving means 145 that moves the support frame 29 in reciprocating motion in the direction in which the bin approaches and recedes.</p> |
