FORMING OF METAL-REINFORCED COMPOSITE RUBBER MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable the direct bonding and integration of a powdery rubber to a metallic reinforcing material without preparatorily forming the rubber in the form of a sheet, thereby improving the productivity of the subject formed material. CONSTITUTION:A powdery rubber is integrated to a metallic reinforcing material 3 at a stroke to form a metal-reinforced composite rubber material by mixing 100 pts.wt. of a liquid diene rubber having hydroxyl terminal group with 100-250 pts.wt. of a polyfunctional isocyanate, dissolving the mixture 5 in an inert solvent and using the obtained adhesive solution as a primer of the metallic reinforcing material 3 or as a binder for the powdery rubber.
