<p>PURPOSE:To provide a toner contg. composite fine particles from which inorg. fine particles are not liberated and having excellent cleanability and electrostatic charge stability. CONSTITUTION:Resin particles are mixed and treated with vapor-phase synthesized silica which is smaller in diameter than inorg. fine particles and has 5-50nm primary average particle diameter, the inorg. fine particles are added and a uniform mixture is prepd. Impact is repeatedly applied to the mixture under rotation and dispersion of the charge material from charging valve with a turntable 5 and blades 6 to obtain composite fine particles.</p> |
