A polishing method of needle tip for the probe card is provided that the needle is formed with white gold which the dust or the foreign material of the external environment is not easily adhered. A polishing method of needle tip for the probe card comprises a step(S210) for adhering the elastic sheet on the base plate; a step(S220) for coating abrasive on the elastic sheet; a step(S230) for positioning at the upper part of the elastic sheet the needle the needle end contacts the upper side of the elastic sheet; a step(S240) moving while maintaining the contact with the base plate and the state where the needle is horizontal; a step(S250) which polishes needle end by using the elastic sheet and abrasive.
