PURPOSE:To enable a printed board of this design to be lessened in processing man-hour and the edges of flexible parts to be set uniform in level when flexible printed boards are laminated by a method wherein a release reinforcing material mounted on the flexible part is sandwiched between rigid printed boards, and then the printed board of this design is cut into a required outer shape. CONSTITUTION:In a method of manufacturing a flexible rigid printed board, a release reinforcing material 22A is bonded in place of a release film bonding process to dispense with slits provided to a flexible printed board 10. The reinforcing material 22A is formed of cardboard, hard rubber plate, resin liquid, or the like nearly as thick as an adhesive layer 30 and bonded with adhesive agent so as to be easily separated. A slit providing process is dispensed with. By this setup, as a flexible part is pinched between the reinforcing materials 22A as pressed, the edge of the flexible part can be well cut together with the reinforcing materials 22A when a rigid part and a flexible part are cut as prescribed in outer shape. |
