PURPOSE:To simplify an operation and to miniaturize the device so as to have portability. CONSTITUTION:Printing layout preparing software, etc., peculiar to a document is stored in a memory card 10. Printing layout preparing software is specified with a printing layout identification code by setting the memory card 10 to be a medium and by using a printing sample collection together and an area is specified from an input terminal 20 so as to input character data with hand- writing. Then, a printer 30 prints the prepared document data. Document data can be transferred from the input terminal 20 to the printer 30 with radio communication and the input terminal 20 and the printer 30 can be an integrated type. |
