PURPOSE:To automatically switch automatic ticket examining/collecting machines in a station provided with plural automatic ticket examining/collecting machines. CONSTITUTION:The number of passengers at every unit time of plural automatic ticket examining/collecting machines 131 to 13n to be switched to examination or collection is counted by a counting mechanism part 16 and plural machines 131 to 13n are automatically switched to examination or collection in accordance with the numbers of passengers in respective machines 131 to 13n at every unit time and calendar information counted by a calendar counting means 11d.
