PURPOSE:To transmit and receive data without being affected with the type of a vehicle and other radio antennas by embedding the radio antenna of a charging place, etc., to a road surface and communicating with a radio card or an antenna for the card fitted to the lower part of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A transmission/reception controller 2 always emits a question wave with a radio wave upward from the road surface through a road surface antenna 1. When the vehicle 10 enters a lane where the radio antenna of the charging place, etc., is embedded and approaches the road surface antenna, the card antenna 3 at the outward/lower part of the vehicle 10 receives the question wave. The question wave is sent from the card antenna 3 to a card reading/writing device 4, which informs combination with the road surface antenna 1 to the radio card 5. Thus, combining the radio card 5 with a radio card system by the radio wave is completed. As a distance to the radio card antenna becomes fixed corresponding to the type of the vehicle in the system, the transmission/reception of data is not affected with the type of a vehicle or the entry situation of the vehicle and the affection of interruption between adjacent lanes can be reduced. |
