<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for various jobs such as setting to make print to other printer or confirmation of print of a selected printer. CONSTITUTION:A radio adaptor 101 at a personal computer side discriminates number of printers in existence in a system, forms an index table, reads an ID data corresponding to one printer, inserts it to a request format REQ 300 and the inserted format is sent while being superimposed on a radio wave. When printer side radio adaptors 107, 108 receive the request format REQ 300, a reply format ACK 304 is sent to inform whether the printer is in the print enable state or in the print disable state. When the signal cannot be received within a preset time or the print disable state is noticed, the index table is referenced and other ID data is read and sent while being superimposed on a radio wave.</p> |
