PURPOSE:To improve power of performance presentation by complicating how to apply sound effect. CONSTITUTION:The signal levels of an input signal are detected in respective frequency bands by signal level detecting means 14a-141, 16a-161, and these signal levels are given preset weights by weighting means 18a-181, 20, 22. At least one parameter which determines the condition of effect applied by an effect applying means 4 is set by a parameter setting means 6, converted by a parameter converting means 12 in accordance with output from the weighting means 18a-181, 20, 22 and supplied to the effect applying means 4. The effect applying means 4 controls the condition of effect in accordance with the converted parameter. |
