The gear changer having an aditional subsidiary gear changer at 2- shafts/3-speeds transmission, offers various speed changing ratios of 6-speeds forward and 2-speeds backward, improves fuel efficiency and accelerating ability, and reduces impact in speed changing. The gear changer having a planetary gear system including a forward sun gear, a small sun gear, an annulus gear a long pinion and a short pinion at the carrier, comprises a secondary planetary gear system (36) driven by subsidiary input gear (34) receiving power fromm main transmission (A); one-way clutch (03) and wet-type multi-disc brake (B3) for controlling subsidiary sun gear shaft (46) at the system (36); wet-type multi-disc clutch (C3) for intermitting between subsidiary carrier (44) and the shaft (46).
