A collapsible musical instrument stand is described which is light-weight and portable. The stand includes an upright spine (12) with spaced-apart legs (12A, 12B). A yoke member (14) is pivotably attached to the upper end of the spine. A brace (16) is attached between the legs and is pivotable between open and closed positions. |
