This device is used in tractors, which may opt to submit the rotating moment to the mobile bridge on the semi-trailer. It has an extended durability and high efficiency of the transmission part, due to the substantially simplified construction and reduced dynamic loads. The degree of noise during turns of the tractor is reduced, while the engagement to the semi-trailer is eased. The device consists of a strength-diverting shaft (31), connected to a shaft in the carrier (3), a first shaft (16) of a homo kinetic cardan (17), located in a central aperture (37) of the cross-connector (5), and a centre coinciding with the centre of the homo kinetic cardan. The second shaft (18) of the cardan is connected by a mobile slot connector (19) to the pinion (21), which is shafted in the thumb (14) with an inserted central aperture (38). On a circular channel (22) of a connective plug (23) from the slot connector, is a fork (24) with a handle (25). In the top end of the connective plug is a conical aperture (26), corresponding to a conical slanting (28) of the slot end of the pinion.
