Neutron device fitted with a multilayer mirror having a high reflecting power for a neutron beam and consisting of at least one structure comprising a number N of bilayer systems spaced apart by a distance d, these systems being formed by a layer of a reflecting material A and by a layer of spacer material B, which layers are stacked, the optical (refractive) index of the reflective material being higher than the optical index of the spacer material, characterised in that the reflector material A is titanium nitride (TiN) and the spacer material B is titanium (Ti).
