Massage installation comprising a bathtub which is provided with injection nozzles, two water spray components, the installation being characterised in that the injection nozzles, mounted on supports without retention of water, open out through lateral walls of the bathtub and are supplied with water from a pump arranged at the head of the bathtub. The injection nozzles are supplied with water individually and are positioned, as a function of the human morphology, on lateral collectors which are placed as a function of the contour of the bathtub. The balneotherapy system is distinguished by the exclusive injection of water. <IMAGE>
