The element is applied in construction and architecture. It is simple and seismically- and vibro-resistant and may be transported in folded two-dimensional condition. It contains six rods (1) and six preliminarily tightened stays (2). The rods (1) form three pairs, positioned at spatial angles. Each stay (2) connects the opposite edges of the rods (1) in a pair, which is tightened in an interim point on a rod by another pair, whose rod is positioned in closest proximity to the connected with the stay (2) edges.
