PURPOSE:To provide a voice conversion system converting inputted voice into quantitized data to a user not provided with a voice conversion device by sharing a processing center among respective users via a telephone line. CONSTITUTION:In the voice conversion system, by delivering a message prompting the user to input voice to the user when the user's line is connected, converting the voice inputted by the user via the telephone line into the quantitized data by a voice conversion device 5 and transmitting the converted quantitized data to the user through the telephone line via a MODEM 6, the user can obtain the desired quantitized data. |
