<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunctions of a peripheral circuit by deciding forcibly the data on an input-only circuit without carrying out the processing to add a wiring, etc. CONSTITUTION:A deciding means is provided at the input side of an input-only circuit block 3X in order to forcibly fix the potential level of a wiring 3S which secures the connection between the block 3X and a peripheral circuit 1B at a power potential level or a ground level.</p> |
