The slide-in unit in the isolated position stands with its front (6a) behind the door (1). A lever mechanism fitted at the inner side of the door determines the position of the slide-in unit front (6a) of a locked door. A locking bolt (9) is located on the slide-in unit (6) to provide an opening safeguard. The safeguard is activated if the slide-in unit positions itself in the unlock position or is on the way to assuming this position. For a closed door (1) a deflectable follow up lever (3) of the lever mechanism follows the slide-in unit front (6a) due to inherent w.t. or spring action. In the non-deflectable position, the lever is used to disable the safeguard against opening. USE/ADVANTAGE - Door opening safeguard unit. Can be used on nearly all switch panels with slide-in unit.
