Next, when moving the nozzle relatively to the work in an X-Y direction, the Z axis movement of the nozzle is controlled so that the Z axis coordinate value of the nozzle can not be smaller than the clamp coordinate value ZCL decided in advance. Namely, at a work missing part 71, the nozzle is prevented from being lowered rather than the surface of the work.
