<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the assemblage and electrical connection of an electromagnetic clutch coil and to make the automation of these operations possible. CONSTITUTION:A coil 2 is wound around the outer periphery of a pole ring 1 via plastic bobbins 7a, 7b while the end of the coil 2 is received and held in receiving grooves 7d formed in the plastic bobbins 7a, 7b, and the end of the coil 2 is connected to terminals 8 secured to the plastic bobbins 7a, 7b. Thus, it is possible to facilitate the insulation between the coil 2 and pole ring 1, termination of the coil 2, connection of the ends of the coil 2 and lead wires, the insulation of the connection part and an electrical inspection and to automate these operations.</p> |
