INDUCTION OVULATION METHOD OF FAR EAST FISH (MUGIL-SO-INY) AND OBTAINING SPAWN BY ARTIFICIAL SPAWNING

An induction ovulation method for Asian Mullet (mugil so-iny) and obtaining spawn by artificial spawning, according to which, at the time of prespawning maturity of the spawner an analogue of GnRH is repeatedly administered either intramuscularly or intraperitoneally at a quantity of 10 - 50 1/kg by weight of the spawner isofloxythepin in a quantity of 2 to 5 mg/kg of the weight of the spawner in separate doses in either order. The analogue of GnRH is preferably a substance of formula D-Ala<6>-ProNHEt GnRH or D-Tle<6>ProNHEt GnRH.
