PURPOSE:To obtain an agricultural vinyl chloride-based resin excellent in anti- fogging properties and further their persistence by blending a vinyl chloride- based resin with a nonionic surfactant as an anti-fogging agent and colloidal hydrophobic silica. CONSTITUTION:An agricultural vinyl chloride-based resin film is obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin with (B) 0.5-5 pts.wt. nonionic surfactant (e.g. sorbitan palmitate or glycerol stearate) as an anti-fogging agent, (C) 0.1-20 pts.wt., preferably 0.5-12 pts.wt. colloidal hydrophobic silica prepared by reacting silanol groups in colloidal hydrophilic silica produced by combustion and hydrolysis with an alkylchlorosilane and, as necessary, (D) 0.01-1 pt.wt. fluorine-containing compound as a fog preventive agent, a plasticizer and other additives. Furthermore, an agricultural film is prepared by forming a film of a solution type, an aqueous type or an ultraviolet curing type coating on one surface of the aforementioned film and is excellent in persistence of anti-fogging and fog preventive performances. |
