<p>PURPOSE:To improve gas permeation resistance while coping with deformation of a membrane by dividing the inside of a vessel body into a gas chamber and a liquid chamber with a membrane, pouring gas permeation resistance liquid in the membrane, then rotating it to coat the entire surface of the inside with the liquid for forming gas permeation restraint film. CONSTITUTION:A pleat type bladder 2 is provided with a repeatedly folded portion 2e and a thick portion at the straight barrel portion 2a thereof, which is regularly folded at the repeatedly folded portion during deformation of the bladder 2. A small quantity of gas permeation restraint liquid S is taken in the bladder 2 for rotation, and thereby the liquid S is coated on the entire surface 2c of the inside to form a gas permeation restraint film 21. The bladder 2 is inclined to discharge the remainder of the permeation liquid S through an opening 2m. The bladder 2 is inserted in the vessel body 1 of an accumulator ACC to be fastened with a flange 2n and a cap 7. Gas 3a is injected at a predetermined pressure through a gas hole 7a into the gas chamber 3. Thus, gas in the gas chamber 3 which permeates into the liquid chamber 4 side may be extremely decreased to prevent the bladder 2 from aging.</p> |
