PURPOSE:To manufacture an insert piece to be inserted with good accuracy into the inner face of a blow molding tool. CONSTITUTION:An insert piece 10 constituting a handle for a bottle is inserted in a manner that the inner surface 20 and the rear face 22 of a gripping section 12 face respectively the inner face of a molding tool. A parting line 38 is on the center line of said inner surface 20 and the rear face 22, and draft taper forming faces 20a-22b are formed respectively on both sides of said parting line 38. Ribs 40 of the same height as the parting line 38 are formed on the respective taper forming faces 20a-22b in the direction of crossing square with the parting line 38. As a result, the inner surface 20 and the rear face 22 are disposed in parallel with the inner wall of the blow molding tool by all means, and an insert of high accuracy and without inclination is manufactured. |
