PURPOSE:To obtain a food preservable in frozen state while retaining tastiness and freshness by packing a bowl-shaped food container with boiled rice and putting cooked ingredients, through a wafer, on the rice followed by freezing together with the container. CONSTITUTION:A bowl-shaped food container 1 for freezing use is packed with boiled rice 2, and cooked ingredients are put, through a wafer 3, on the rice, and the resulting food is then frozen together with the container 1 to freeze the food, thus obtaining the objective food, which can be preserved in frozen state while retaining tastiness and freshness and can be taken instantly by merely thawing under heating together with the container. |
