The installation is constructed on the basis of the use of drying equipment, an air-distribution system and control equipment which carry out the function of forcing the air to flow through the article from the bottom upwards, passing through the product and gathering the moisture emanating from it, passing via an aspiration conduit in the direction of a unit provided with a refrigeration system in which the air passes via a cold array where its moisture is cooled and deposited, which moisture is condensed and emerges via a drain point, next passing through a heat array which is activated or not activated as a function of the temperature of the room or via another, auxiliary heating array enabled in order to act or to not act, being impelled by a fan via the impulsion conduits from where dry air exits towards the lower part of the room to flow once again through the article, commencing the cycle, all the aforesaid being controlled externally. <IMAGE>
