PURPOSE:To manufacture economicaly tire of good quality by a method wherein a high temperature water tank and a hot water tank (to be hold at the use temperature) are combined and the hot water tank by the steam pressure of the high temperature water tank. CONSTITUTION:To an overflow tank 25 provided in the upper steam layer of a high temperature water tank 22 controlled at a prescribed water level H1 the upper part of a hot water tank 26 is connected through a tie pipe 27. In case the hot water for filling is to be supplied to a tire vucanizer 21, the water control valve 28 of a pipe 29 is opened to send the hot water in the tank 26 with the steam pressure within the hot temperature tank 22 to fill the interior of the vulcanizer 21. Next the make-up water injected from a pipe 35 to the hot water tank 26 to fill it up, the surplus hot water is made to flow through the pipe 27, overflow tank 25 into the high temperature water tank 22 to return its water level to H1. On the other hand during the tire vulcanization, while keeping the prescribed temperature by adding the high temperature water through the pipe 38, the hot water is made to circulate by a pump 30 in the order of the tank 26, pipe 31, vulcanizer 21, pipe 32 and the tank 26. |
