PURPOSE:To automatically collect the information on a destination display board by connecting the destination display board to a tabulation board, providing a tabulation mode on the destination display board, starting the tabulation by the direction from the tabulation board, sending the tabulation result of the destination display board to the tabulation board, and displaying the received tabulation result after tabulation by the tabulation board. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 51, RAM 52, and ROMs 53 and 54 are provided on the control unit on a tabulation board 301. An LCD display device 63 is connected to a memory 61, and leading display boards DSP1 to DSP3 are connected to a communication interface 59. In this case when the preparation for data is completed through an input operation, tabulation panel data is transferred to the all destination display boards DSP1 to DSP3. When this data is received, a column to be updated on a tabulation data storage table 55 from a destination code is found, the tabulation value of the reception data is added to the contents of the tabulation result item, and stored in the tabulation result item.
