<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out rapidly and accurately parison control by a simple constitution, by setting a thin cylindrical body with a resin run-off gap which can extend or shrink in accordance with forwarding and retreating of bolts between a core and a mandrel. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with the thickness of a product, a gap (t) between a mandrel 28 and a liner 34 is roughly adjusted to a specific dimension over the whole circumference by elevating or lowering a mandrel 24 a little by operating an elevating cylinder and by forwarding and retreating selectively several centering bolts 33. Then, when some of adjusting bolts 35 are selected to forward and retreat, the liner 34 deforms at least in the circle direction or in the axial direction and the gap (t) can be finely adjusted at every part corresponding to each adjusting bolt 35. As the result, a drooping parison comes to a specified shape and a specified thickness and a molding accordingly comes to a specified shape and a specified thickness.</p> |
