PURPOSE:To shorten retrieval time and to make the capacity of knowledge holding device efficient. CONSTITUTION:An inference device C2 uses the knowledge stored in a knowledge part C7 for analysis with an inference execution table and the knowledge stored in a related knowledge part C10 to perform the decision of executing the inference in an analysis part C5 by messages and the analysis of a message inputted from an input means C1, holding the result in an analysis result holding part C6. Next, the inference device C2 refers to the necessity of the inference execution held in the analysis result holding part C6 a the result of the analysis of the message, and executes the inference in relation to the message written in an inference intermediate result holding part C9. |
