COMMUNICATION REGULATION CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE:To prevent the over load of a base station and to prevent the abnormal operation of a system by efficiently executing communication regulation caused by the rapid increase of traffic in a TDMA-TDD mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION:In the case of allocating a communication channel in the case of origination or incoming call control, the frequency of disabling the allocation of the communication channel in the course of utilization is measured at the base station. The regulation level of communication is provided on plural stages beforehand, and the regulation level is adaptively controlled corresponding to traffic quantity by increasing the regulation level when the frequency of disabling the allocation of the communication channel is higher than a fixed value and by decreasing the regulation level when the frequency is lower than the fixed value.
