<p>PURPOSE:To easily assemble filter unit for a metal filtering device by positioning plural ceramic tubes stood into engaging holes in a left side plate horizontally set with a holding frame freely rotatable and fitting a right side plate from upper part. CONSTITUTION:The ceramic tubes 14 composed of alumina quality porous tube, are bridged in few steps in vertical direction and few pieces of tube in right and left direction between left and right side plates 12, 13 composed of silicon carbide quality refractory plate to obtain the filter unit for the metal filtering device. In the assembling method for this filter units, at first, the left side plate 12 is horizontally set on a floor 18. Into the engaging hole 19, lower end 21 of the tube 14 is vertically inserted and mortar 20 is filled up. Successively, the holding frame 24 is inserted between the tubes 14 with the face of the frame 24 erected and turned around the axis 25, and each tube 14 is corrected and held to the right position under horizontal condition of the holding frame 24 with notching part 27. After that, the right side plate 13 is supplied from the upper part, and upper end of the tube 14 is inserted into the stepped engaging through-hole 22 and fixed with mortar.</p> |
