The stones (1) have a convex upper surface and an angled underside. The underside has a long flat surface (4) and a short upward inclined flat surface enclosing an obtuse angle. The stones are of concrete laid in a mortar bed (6) on a concrete base (5) and can provide a cobbled effect by tilting some of the stones (1a, 1b) and laying others with the long flat surface (4) parallel to the base. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used to avoid steps on a change of surface.
