A detector (C1) detecting the pressure (P1) upstream of the filter and emitting a signal when (P1 >= P1') where (P') is a predetermined pressure, at that time, the solenoid valve (Ev1) normally closed becomes open and the solenoid valve (Ev2) normally open becomes closed.
