LIQUID MAKE-UP AND METHOD

A liquid make-up made by the addition of at least 10 % water to form a reaction product of a urea based make-up powder whose composition comprises a precipitate formed by the reaction of about 0.1-74.9 % by weight urea in solution, about 0.1-60 % by weight oil, and about 0.1-99.5 % by weight inorganic pigment; preferably, the powder comprises a precipitate formed by the reaction of about 3-74.9 % by weight urea in solution, about 1-50 % by weight oil, and about 0.1-60 % by weight inorganic pigment. Suspension agents such as a gum or glycerin can be added to the liquid reaction product to create a homogeneous dispersion and to control viscosity. When applied the liquid make-up is both homogenous and waterproof.
