<p>Bicoumarin derivatives prepared by the etherification of two 7-hydroxycoumarin radicals with mixed aliphatic or cycloaliphatic bivalent alcohols having formula (I). The invention includes pharmaceutically acceptable salts of these compounds. The bicoumarin compounds of the invention have anti-thrombotic and anti-hypertensive properties and can be used in therapy in connection with vascular pathologies, such as peripheral vascular pathologies, anginal afflictions and cerebral vascular pathologies.</p> |
